As a new industry alternative for artist education and development, BRANDMAN NETWORK provides premium resources and guidance for developing artists.
 
We enable artists to cut out the middleman by taking control of their own brand growth and professional development while introducing them to strategies and a network of people that help them get their music in front of millions of listeners and turn them into fans.  
 
The BRANDMAN NETWORK team is made up of musicians, marketers, makers and storytellers. 
Our mission is to use our collective creativity and ingenuity to connect artists with growth strategies that work and a community of people that can help them develop their personal path to a profitable music career.

What's the role?

In this role you will work closely with marketing, product development, design and business teams to create the ideal user experience for our artists. Your focus will be on improving end-to-end product and content launch efficiency and improving user experience to increase retention. You will spend a great deal of time balancing creative possibilities and immediate business needs as you will have a great deal of influence on company growth and direction. 
 
With that said, we’re a scrappy startup and you will need to be a jack-of-all trades and be comfortable working across multiple functions.

You will:

  • Collaborate in creating strategies to increase member retention and lead execution
  • ​Develop member retention strategies for our growing artist development platform
  • ​Help coordinate internal and external marketing activities
  • ​Research problem spaces, debating solutions and getting buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • ​Recommend and manage the launch of new tools, features and processes for our users, products and the internal team
  • Perform writing and copywriting for special projects.
  • ​Act as Chief Editor for articles, email campaigns, products descriptions and official announcements
  • ​Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • ​Create process, schedules and responsibility overview for the various projects, making sure that milestones and deliverables are respected
  • ​Management: Track and manage timeline(s) for key project milestones/deliverables cross-functionally and ensure team is delivering against targeted timelines
  • ​Identify, solve and prevent future problems both individually and in collaboration with your team
  • ​Brainstorm ideas for the BMN events and digital experiences that could make a measurable impact on the Network and/or its members.
